INSILVAS GmbH is a German based advisory company, many of our clients are based in central Europe. Nevertheless, we search internationally for the perfect matching timberland or agriculture land for our clients. Different regions in the world offer various opportunities depending on objectives, personal preferences and investment volume. We only encourage investments in regions where a legally secure acquisition of property is possible.

Main focus regions of our projects are North America (Canada and the US), New Zealand, and Europe. Regions that we have accompanied investments in, excel in favorable growing conditions, strong timber markets and their price-performance ratio. In addition, other aspects are taken into consideration like exisiting leases, carbon offset opportunities or special features of the landscape (like water front properties).
